Mindfulness in Bouddi
Saturdays 2pm-3:30pm
Maitland Bay (meeting here)

This outdoor mindfulness class and nature walk includes a 15 minute guided walk along a paved track to the beautiful Maitland Bay. Once there, you will enjoy a 40 minute group mindfulness class. After the class you’ll have some time to go for a swim or take a relaxing beach walk, or you might prefer to use the time to join in the Q & A with Lisa. You can stay on after that to take in more of Maitland Bay’s magic, or head back with the group to the Visitors Centre as a group, returning by 3:30pm.

Sunrise Mindfulness
Sundays 6-7am
Killcare Beach (meeting here)

Meeting at Killcare SLSC, we walk down to the rock pool as a group enjoy a mindfulness session as the sun rises.
Breath mindfully, move mindfully and welcome in the new week (traditionally beginning on Sunday) with the tranquility of mindfulness on the shores of Bouddi’s stunning Killcare Beach.
