In a Mindfulness for Wellbeing Session, Lisa will introduce the concept of ‘Mindfulness’ to your team using practical examples, relevant scenarios and group discussion to facilitate integrated learning, individual engagement and team-building. The session will also offer an opportunity for each individual to enjoy a meaningful experience of mindfulness that they can take home, apply and benefit from, both at home, and in the office.
Lisa has worked with many corporate groups and executive teams, many during team-building and strategy planning sessions at Bells at Killcare Luxury Resort and Day Spa. Some past clients include Hudson, Belle Property and Noni B.
Lisa also works individually with several Australian and International CEO’s, providing Wellbeing Mentoring via phone, Skype or in-person.
