A Bit About Lisa
Lisa holds a degree in Health Science, is a qualified Naturopath, Mindfulness Educator and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage practitioner, and has additional training in Reiki and energetic balancing.
Since 2007 she has been assisting people from all walks of life- from CEO’s to Stay at Home parents- to re-cover their natural physical vitality, regain emotional balance & experience enhanced mental clarity.
She was the in-house Wellbeing Mentor at Bells at Killcare Luxury Resort and Day Spa between 2014 and 2019, where she facilitated guided bush walks, mindfulness classes and wellbeing workshops and ran regular wellbeing sessions for individuals, couples & corporate groups.
In 2013 she completed her Doula training with the Australian Doula College and has assisted at many births and supported couples through the pregnancy and the postpartum period.
More recently, Lisa has run mindfulness programs in preschools, day care centres and primary schools in Sydney and on the Central Coast, and has written articles on Mindfulness and other Wellbeing-related topics for magazines such as Wellbeing.
